My, My! My Mystery Boy!

I, Juliet Capulet, write this poem as a tribute to the unknown man who stole my heart and holds it captive even without realizing it.

Who are You?
Who are you, oh sir, who looks at me with gleaming eyes?
Who are you, who looks at me with truth and no lies?
Who are you to see through me heart as though it were clear?
Who are you to make my heart loose it's ability to steer?
Who are you to even dare to glance at me, when I have a brave county my side?
Who are you to hold my heart even when my parents wish for me to become his bride?
Who are you?
And do you love me as much as I do you?

Mercutio: Gotta Love Lovers

After-scene commentary from Mercutio (Romeo's Close Friend)

How foolish are thee, Romeo? Giving up laughter, enjoyment and even other women for such a thing such as love? Who know what love truly is? Ooh! I know, I know! It is merely an excuse to mourn in despair for a girl you wish you could have sexually, not actually a claim for her heart. You foolish people don't know what you say you know. In love with Rosaline? At fist sight? A miraculous claim to even be made. There is no such thing as "love at first sight." What Romeo feels is merely a strong attraction, yet being the foolish boy he tends to be, he doesn't understand the difference. When, oh when, will the youth and following younger generations ever acknowledge the truth and the difference between love and attraction?
Lady Capulet: I Shall Die For My Diary

A diary excerpt that one of the servants stole from Lady Capulet's personal journal

Dear Diary,
Today has been very frustrating. The fool of a Nurse keeps rambling whenever I get near her. The only good thing that happened today was talking to Juliet about that lovely suitor (who happens to be begging for Juliet's attention), Paris. He is a very suitable boy, living as the kinsman of the Prince and has attained the title "County". If she shall agree to wed him (oh, how I should hope she will), then he and my Juliet will lead a happy, satisfying life, without many hurdles to cross over. Unfortunately, the irritating Nurse happened to interfere into that as well. Who needs her advice, and who heeds it? She is an absolutely useless adviser, which is fine, because her job is only to be the Nurse to Juliet, and that shall be IT! Her and her husband can visit the heavens and even hell for all I care. The miserable wretch is always talking and butting her head into things, she need not pay attention to. Even though Juliet happens to take a liking toward the Nurse, she is my daughter and will heed what I say. The day is old, and the night young. I shall take peace in my slumber.

Paris: A Forest of Love to My Beloved Forest
(The name "Juliet" means Forest/Woods)

The joy runs through me tonight as I take a seat, to write to the woman of my heart, Juliet. As County Paris, I have requested the Lord Capulet for his daughter's hand in marriage. Now, although I must wait two summers, I can continue to spend time with my love as her future husband.

To my one love, Juliet,
I fear that you are bringing me down on my knees, beloved. For I have been thinking of you, day and night. What shall I do? This strangle attraction I have towards you, I feel, is love. Everything about you drives me insane, love. The way your eyes seem to sparkle and gleam as they face another day of life. I wonder, when will they ever gleam like that for me? I love the way wondrous thoughts run through your head and your lush red lips seem to curve upward as you imagine something to your liking. Oh, what'll I do? Though your father thinks I should wait two summers for you to wonder about wedding me, I shall completely disagree. The thought of you standing beside me as my wife tempts to an unbelievable extent. I hope you will decide to share you life with me and shower me with love.
                                                                                                                      Your future love,
                                                                                                                             Paris
Romeo: A Break for My Beloved Heart Breaker

Rosaline, the love of my life, has refused me to protect her vow of chastity. My heart weeps, as the hours and days move by painfully slow. I wonder as my mind continues to think of her, her love, and what could have been. Foolish Benvolio believes I can forget the beauty of my woman by looking at others, but he doesn't understand the meaning of true love. My heart seems to be tearing every minute I can not be with her, with my love, with my woman, with Rosaline.

There, I feel a pain in my heart,
And that is when I start,
To believe my heart is all alone,
When you and i go our ways and part.
Oh, fair Rosaline what have i ever done to thee,
For you to put this wretched love upon me?
And with this heart, cold with despair,
I wish to find someone, who's love I can share.
This love I hold for you is something i definitely hate,
Because by the time you are in love, it'll be too late.

-Oh, Rosaline, how i will miss you and your love.

Introducing Romeo and Juliet!

To anyone who's reading this blog:

Hey! I'm hahamazing1998, and this is my PR&J blog (you know like PB&J, except this one stands for Paris, Romeo, and Juliet). The whole reason I designed this blog was because it's an assignment for my Language Arts class. I'm going to be adding responses for each scene of Romeo and Juliet, so your welcome to make comments or give suggestions and stuff. PS: To make your own blog go to www.blogger.com.
